The cozy joy of doing the practice run badly at first on a budget

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where kindness stopped feeling new.

I started this because my commute felt a little stuck, and kindness seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Maybe, but the tradeoff seems bigger than the post suggests. The Warsaw example makes it feel concrete. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.

Good reminder that boring can be good.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. I noticed the same thing in Jakarta.
