I changed one thing and suddenly reviews made sense in São Paulo

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. That is where the boring checklist helps.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than São Paulo? My only addition is to make the first step visible.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether suddenly stayed easy.

Love the tiny experiment energy. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. The ambitious constraint is probably the real story.

Honestly, great taste. I would test it for 9 days before deciding.
