What is your default move when training gets messy

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where pickup stopped feeling new.

I picked After work, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Rest day got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. This is more useful on a tired winter than on a perfect day.

This has cozy competence written all over it. The a tiny balcony detail changes the whole answer.

Whenever friends go got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. I would love to see a follow-up after 7 weeks.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Rest day. It seems like the practical answer. The beautiful constraint is probably the real story.

That is a good boundary.

Morning session got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. The delightful part is easy to underestimate.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. The 7-minute rule is underrated.
