The thing nobody told me about stories after a tiny failure

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Funny feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where memes stopped feeling new.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 7 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

The vibe here is immaculate. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near my desk.

I appreciate the honest middle stage, not just the polished ending. The late summer version is even more interesting. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.
