Can someone explain the practical difference between stories and the conversation without fancy tools?

I tried this in São Paulo with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I started this because my lunch break felt a little stuck, and stories seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept

Yes, but I would approach it in a small, testable way rather than trying to solve everything at once. If two options look equal, choose the one that is easier to reverse.

- Start small and make the next step obvious.
- Keep notes so you can compare what worked.
- Ask someone with recent experience, not just strong opinions.

Hope this helps!

The middle path is probly best: try it cheaply, keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. That is the kind of detail beginners miss

The middle path is probably best: try it cheaply, keep notes and decide after you have real evidence. The social part surprised me too

My practical advice is to make teh next step tiny enough that you can do it today. Momentum usually answers half teh question. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near teh library

I would pin this if I could

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. This pairs weirdly well with tacos. I needed this reminder today
