I tried doing learning the boring way and it worked in real life

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 3 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. learning got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

The detail that surprised me was how much the corner shop changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. For me it came down to the setup. I appreciate when people separate evidence from speculation.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. That is where the boring checklist helps.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. The São Paulo example makes it feel concrete. I appreciate when people separate evidence from speculation.

Exactly; the hidden cost is energy.
