A tiny story about shakshuka, Dublin and timing that actually stuck

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

I tried this in Mexico City with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

That last line is excellent. I noticed the same thing in Berlin.

This has cozy competence written all over it.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. That is where the boring checklist helps.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

This. Exactly this.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Warsaw? The low-effort version is probably the keeper. A tailwind can fix an entire personality for ten minutes.
