Which sounds most like your style

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I tried this in Istanbul with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

Only with help got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. This pairs weirdly well with ramen

I picked Only with help, mostly becuase it feels easiest to live with. I would write it down before changing anything else

Surprised more people aren't choosing Only with help. It seems like the practical answer. The social part surprised me too

Only with help got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. The useful part is easy to underestimate
