Notes from a very normal late summer with Funny from a family dinner

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and memes seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where silly stopped feeling new.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about late. A little friction removed goes a long way.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. I noticed the same thing in Mumbai.

@urban-34 Anecdote beats theory here.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. It sounds small, but the practice run matters.

This is the gentle version of my rant.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

Could be regional too.

I laughed, but you are not wrong.

The normal angle is what sold me. The 2-minute rule is underrated.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.
