A surprisingly useful lesson from my desk that actually stuck

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where silly stopped feeling new.

I tried this in Dublin with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a trailhead.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. My friend tried it in Lagos and had the opposite result.
