My 3-month experiment with strategy without making it complicated

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

I disagree a bit. complicated matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. The social part surprised me too.

What would you change if you started over? It sounds small, but the practice run matters.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. That is where the boring checklist helps.
