A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made with a quiet constraint

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where fiction stopped feeling new.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and reviews seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. This pairs weirdly well with jollof rice. Sound design deserves more credit.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Honestly, great taste. This belongs on a rainy evening list.
