What investing looks like when you stop optimizing everything after 17 tries
I tried this in Lisbon with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 9 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
I started this because my busy month felt a little stuck, and debt seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
