A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made before coffee

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

I had a similar experience, but my problem was consistency rather than motivation. It sounds small, but the prototype matters. Co-op makes almost anything better.
