What kindness looks like when you stop optimizing everything on a budget
I started this because my quiet Sunday felt a little stuck, and kindness seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.
Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Wholesome feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. I would love to see a follow-up after 3 weeks.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.

I wish more posts had this much context. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

This made me smile more than expected. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The 4-minute rule is underrated.

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. The Buenos Aires example makes it feel concrete.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Buenos Aires? That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

That would annoy me more than it helped. I would love to see a follow-up after 3 weeks.
