I changed one thing and suddenly grammar made sense for absolute beginners
I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the conversation for a while.

The vibe here is immaculate. The practical constraint is probably the real story.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink changed. The Kuala Lumpur example makes it feel concrete.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. I am curious whether grammar still feels good next month.

This made me smile more than expected. I would test it for 5 days before deciding.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. This pairs weirdly well with jollof rice.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. I would love to see a follow-up after 3 weeks.

Big fan of this approach. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. The social part surprised me too.

Kind of wild how often tracks is the whole issue.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. The 2-minute rule is underrated.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a neighborhood park. This makes me want to look at a map for an hour.
