I changed one thing and suddenly community made sense from my lunch break notes

I started this because my commute felt a little stuck, and wins seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the conversation for a while.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

I disagree a bit. sense matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. I would love to see a follow-up after 7 weeks.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. The ambitious part is easy to underestimate.

The kindness in this post is lovely. The the train station detail changes the whole answer.

What would you change if you started over? This pairs weirdly well with falafel. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.
