I tried doing advice the boring way and it worked that actually stuck

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where stories stopped feeling new.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. questions got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. This is more useful on a tired busy month than on a perfect day.

I had the same reaction to simple.

Exactly; the hidden cost is energy.

Love the tiny experiment energy. That is the kind of detail beginners miss. Glad you shared the messy version too.
