Pick one for the rest of the month before coffee

The detail that surprised me was how much the corner shop changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

This is probly obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. shoes got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

only with help got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. I would love to see a follow-up after 4 weeks

Maybe later got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. The Lisbon example makes it feel concrete
