Pick one for the rest of the month
- keep teh first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate teh boring repeat
Part of me wanted teh fancy version with all teh tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with teh routine for a while.
I started this because my late summer felt a little stuck, and investing seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that teh smallest change was teh one I kept.
This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. saving got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam
