How do you know when to stop tweaking support in real life?

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. Small progress still counts.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. This pairs weirdly well with pierogi.

Love the tiny experiment energy. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

I would ask what outcome you want in two weeks, not in some ideal future. That makes the choice much clearer. The first week version is even more interesting.

Big fan of this approach. I learned that one the expensive way.
