I finally understand why Funny people care about stories from my first week notes
The detail that surprised me was how much the kitchen changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the routine for a while.
Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Funny feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. The 6-minute rule is underrated. The follow-through matters more than the perfect plan.

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. This is more useful on a tired lunch break than on a perfect day.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. I would test it for 10 days before deciding.

@marauderPilot84 I needed the reminder to start smaller.

Short answer: yes. Long answer: also yes.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.

This made me smile more than expected. For me it came down to the setup.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether understand stayed easy. For me it came down to the playlist.
