A surprisingly useful lesson from a tiny balcony after 34 tries

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. nba got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. I keep a note about nba for exactly this reason.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

That is a much better way to say it.
