Notes from a very normal Monday morning with Cities with a delightful constraint
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.
I tried this in Cairo with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

Agree completely. The simple version is underrated. The winter version is even more interesting.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

@sleepy_panda29 Same here. It took me too long to learn.

@sleepy_panda29 I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.

I like the idea, but the setup probably matters a lot. It sounds small, but the practice run matters.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. It sounds small, but the setup matters.

Great point, especially the part about monday. I would love to see a follow-up after 5 weeks.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. This is more useful on a tired first week than on a perfect day.
