What is the most underrated choice here with an ambitious constraint
I tried this in Warsaw with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 9 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Surprised more people aren't choosing Yes, definitely. It seems like the practical answer. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Yes, definitely. It seems like the practical answer. I would test it for 5 days before deciding.

I picked Only with help, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

I like this more than the top-level advice.

Small caveat: context changes the answer a lot.

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

I need more context got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

Yes, definitely got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. The weekend version is even more interesting.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. I used to overcomplicate this constantly. Small progress still counts.

Exactly; the hidden cost is energy.

Surprised more people aren't choosing I need more context. It seems like the practical answer. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a neighborhood park.
