A beginner mistake I am weirdly glad I made with a surprising constraint
I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.
I started this because my rainy evening felt a little stuck, and concerts seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
I tried this in Mumbai with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. I would test it for 9 days before deciding. I love when a recommendation comes with the right mood attached.

Love the tiny experiment energy. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the library.

@chinedu-1862 Same here. It took me too long to learn.

The best answer in the thread, honestly.

This feels like advice from a patient friend. This is more useful on a tired first week than on a perfect day.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. I would write it down before changing anything else.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. For me it came down to the setup.

Useful intention, poor execution.
