What thrift looks like when you stop optimizing everything from a coworking table

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. style got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

Great point, especially the part about optimizing. For me it came down to the playlist.

Great point, especially the part about like. The low-effort version is probably the keeper. The texture and mood are lovely.

This is useful for some cases, but terrible advice if the stakes are high. I learned that one the expensive way.

I get the appeal, though I would be careful calling it the best option. I keep a note about style for exactly this reason.

This feels like advice from a patient friend.

Honestly, great taste. The social part surprised me too. Process photos would be fun to see.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. My friend tried it in Berlin and had the opposite result. Great use of light and restraint.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. The 8-minute rule is underrated.

Love the tiny experiment energy. This pairs weirdly well with falafel.
