My 3-month experiment with astronomy that actually stuck

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 3 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I tried this in Kuala Lumpur with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where rockets stopped feeling new.

Honestly, this is a little too vague to be useful.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? My only addition is to make the first step visible.

I like this more than the top-level advice.

There is probably a middle ground here. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

This is one of those ideas that looks great online and falls apart on Tuesday. The practical constraint is probably the real story.

This made me smile more than expected. The 4-minute rule is underrated.
