The small health habit that changed my commute with an ambitious constraint
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 8 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.
Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Big fan of this approach. That is where the boring checklist helps.

Do you think this would work in a smaller place than Toronto? I would love to see a follow-up after 6 weeks. I needed this reminder today.

Good clarification — I read it differently at first.

I am mostly here for the follow-up. A little friction removed goes a long way.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. The chaotic constraint is probably the real story.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. I learned that one the expensive way.
