A tiny story about falafel, Buenos Aires and timing after a tiny failure

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make World Notes feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

The detail that surprised me was how much a neighborhood park changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. This pairs weirdly well with tacos. I love details that only make sense once you've been there.

Helpful correction.

Big fan of this approach. The first week version is even more interesting. History gets easier to understand when you can place it on a street.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. Public transit stories are secretly sociology stories.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.
