I changed one thing and suddenly prompts made sense after 37 tries
The detail that surprised me was how much the train station changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
I started this because my commute felt a little stuck, and prompts seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the routine for a while.

I wish more posts had this much context.

I think both things can be true.

Totally agree, especially for beginners.

What happened after the first week? I am curious whether suddenly stayed easy. The Madrid example makes it feel concrete.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. I would love to see a follow-up after 8 weeks.

Wonderful detail. It makes the whole thing feel real. I would test it for 2 days before deciding.

I had the same reaction to detail.

That is a good question for people with more experience than me. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

This has cozy competence written all over it. The social part surprised me too.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. This is more useful on a tired rainy evening than on a perfect day.

Love the tiny experiment energy. The a trailhead detail changes the whole answer. A small test case would make this easier to trust.
