The thing nobody told me about telescopes in Nairobi

I started this because my weekend felt a little stuck, and rockets seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

Honestly, this is a little too vague to be useful. It sounds small, but the tiny repair matters.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about told. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Great point, especially the part about telescopes. The cozy constraint is probably the real story.

This is adorable and oddly motivating. For me it came down to the setup.

@hugo-38 I think both things can be true.

Same here. It took me too long to learn.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. I would love to see a follow-up after 2 weeks. The scale of it still melts my brain a little.
