A tiny win from Istanbul that made my week from a trailhead

I started this because my quiet Sunday felt a little stuck, and 5k seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. I learned that one the expensive way.

Great point, especially the part about tiny. It sounds small, but the recipe matters. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.

That last line is excellent. The Monday morning version is even more interesting.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. The low-effort version is probably the keeper.

Anecdotally, this tracks with what I have seen. I noticed the same thing in Lagos.

I think this advice is overrated. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near the corner shop.

That made the concept click.

I found this disappointing because it skips the hardest part. A little friction removed goes a long way.
