My 3-month experiment with tabletop with an useful constraint

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 4 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I tried this in Nairobi with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

Helpful and not preachy, which is rare.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. I am curious whether reviews still feels good next month.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about constraint. A little friction removed goes a long way.

The boring logistics are always the hidden part. I noticed the same thing in Jakarta.
