My 8-month experiment with habits with a cozy constraint

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the practice run for a while.

The detail that surprised me was how much a coworking table changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy

The constraint angle is what sold me. I would test it for 10 days before deciding

Great point, especially the part about experiment. The low-effort version is probably the keeper

That last line is excellent. I keep a note about selfcare for exactly this reason

fair point but I had the opposite experience. The 4-minute rule is underrated

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. The a trailhead detail changes the whole answer

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. It reminds me of a very specific conversation near a neighborhood park

Really good advice and it feels doable. This pairs weirdly well with banana bread
