The most cozy part of learning strength without making it complicated

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 2 months. The 3-minute rule is underrated.

I think this advice is overrated. I keep a note about health for exactly this reason.

I am cheering for this update. For me it came down to the conversation.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. My friend tried it in Cape Town and had the opposite result.

Kind of wild how often opposite is the whole issue.

Good reminder that boring can be good. The weekend version is even more interesting.

The making angle is what sold me. The gentle part is easy to underestimate.

I am saving this for the next time I overthink strength. A little friction removed goes a long way.

This is the kind of disagreement I like.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat.

I am cheering for this update. This pairs weirdly well with tacos. I needed this reminder today.

This is useful for some cases, but terrible advice if the stakes are high. That is where the boring checklist helps.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability. People underestimate how much sleep changes the answer.
