A surprisingly useful lesson from a family dinner from my busy month notes

The detail that surprised me was how much the train station changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the prototype for a while.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where people stopped feeling new.

I would not call it wrong, just incomplete.

What would you change if you started over? Honestly, the simplest version wins for me.

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. The a family dinner detail changes the whole answer. Small progress still counts.
