A tiny win from Istanbul that made my week that actually stuck

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the prototype for a while.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where habits stopped feeling new.

That last line is excellent. My only addition is to make the first step visible.

Interesting. I would like to see how it changes after 2 months. The social part surprised me too.

My version of this was messier, but the conclusion was similar. It sounds small, but the setup matters.

Really good advice, and it feels doable. This is kinder advice than most of the internet manages.

Love the tiny experiment energy. I am curious whether strength still feels good next month.

The framing feels off to me. Not terrible, just not convincing. I am curious whether habits still feels good next month. I needed this reminder today.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

This is the kind of useful internet I still show up for. The Buenos Aires example makes it feel concrete.
