A surprisingly useful lesson from a coworking table

I started this because my first week felt a little stuck, and maintainers seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. community got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

The detail that surprised me was how much a neighborhood park changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

> Tiny progress is still progress.

That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where community stopped feeling new

do you think this would work in a smaller place than Cape Town? The quiet Sunday version is even more interesting

what would you change if you started over? The useful constraint is probably the real story

This feels like advice from a patient friend. The 5-minute rule is underrated

anecdote beats theory here

That is a surprisingly elegant way to frame it. It sounds small, but the route matters
