My 2-month experiment with cafes in real life

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 5 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

I started this because my lunch break felt a little stuck, and gear seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. This pairs weirdly well with arepas.

Beautifully concise.

I think the bad version of this advice causes a lot of frustration. It sounds small, but the practice run matters.

The conclusion is too broad, but the example is interesting. This pairs weirdly well with pasta.

Excellent timing; I was just thinking about life. The practical constraint is probably the real story.
