A tiny win from Mumbai that made my week from the kitchen
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat
A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible

- celebrate the boring repeat
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 8 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 3 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

Big fan of this approach. I noticed the same thing in Mexico City.

Good reminder that boring can be good. The ambitious part is easy to underestimate. A small test case would make this easier to trust.
