Pick one for the rest of the month on a budget
> Tiny progress is still progress.
That line sounds cheesy, but it got me through the part where evidence stopped feeling new.
My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 6 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.
Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the setup for a while.
I started this because my rainy evening felt a little stuck, and learning seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Yes, definitely. It seems like the practical answer. I am curious whether learning still feels good next month.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Only with help. It seems like the practical answer. I would love to see a follow-up after 10 weeks.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Only with help. It seems like the practical answer. I would write it down before changing anything else.

I picked Yes, definitely, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. The useful constraint is probably the real story.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Yes, definitely. It seems like the practical answer. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

This is genuinely helpful, thanks for writing it out. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

I found this disappointing because it skips the hardest part. For me it came down to the setup.
