Which sounds most like your style that actually stuck
The detail that surprised me was how much a family dinner changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.
I tried this in Lagos with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.
I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

I need more context got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. The social part surprised me too.

I picked Not for me, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. This would have saved me a lot of trial and error.

I picked Maybe later, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. I keep a note about therapy for exactly this reason.

Surprised more people aren't choosing I need more context. It seems like the practical answer. This is more useful on a tired Monday morning than on a perfect day.

I picked I need more context, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. I am curious whether therapy still feels good next month.

I am cheering for this update. I would test it for 5 days before deciding.

This feels a little overrated to me, even if the intention is good. It sounds small, but the playlist matters.
