Notes from a very normal busy month with Wholesome after 7 tries

I started this because my lunch break felt a little stuck, and community seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

Part of me wanted the fancy version with all the tools. The better version was boring: one notebook, one reminder, and a willingness to be clumsy with the practice run for a while.

I wonder how much of this depends on timing. This is where I would ask one more question before choosing.

I am curious what changed your mind.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

Fair pushback.

I am stealing that phrase.

This reminds me of something a friend in Berlin mentioned. This is more useful on a tired commute than on a perfect day.

I am cheering for this update. I noticed the same thing in Madrid.

Maybe, but the tradeoff seems bigger than the post suggests. The 8-minute rule is underrated.

The Tuesday test is undefeated.

Amazing how much difference one small change can make. It sounds small, but the routine matters.

This sounds sensible, though I would need to test it myself. For me it came down to the playlist.

Exactly; the hidden cost is energy.

I think both things can be true.

@otterRunner78 Can you expand on that a bit?

@mayamakes67 My wallet felt that.

I was going to disagree, but your second sentence got me.
