Which one wins in real life for absolute beginners

I tried this in Toronto with a friend and we both noticed the same thing: the social part mattered more than the perfect plan.

I started this because my late summer felt a little stuck, and cards seemed like a manageable place to experiment. The funny part is that the smallest change was the one I kept.

My first thought was cost, then time, then whether I would remember to do it. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

The kindness in this post is lovely.

I picked Backlog clearing, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. I am curious whether reviews still feels good next month.

Solo run got my vote. The other choices are good, but this one fits my week. The winter version is even more interesting.

Glad you shared it; small wins count. The low-effort version is probably the keeper. Co-op makes almost anything better.

I picked Tabletop session, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. I noticed the same thing in Cairo.

The best answer in the thread, honestly.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Backlog clearing. It seems like the practical answer. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Surprised more people aren't choosing Co-op night. It seems like the practical answer. I would write it down before changing anything else.
