Which advice is actually useful in Berlin

I had a disappointing first try, a surprisingly good second try, and then a third attempt that taught me humility. So, naturally, I now have opinions.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 2 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

My current rule is simple: if it takes less then 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday

Wonderful detail. It makes teh whole thing feel real. A little friction removed goes a long way

adding this to my notes

There is a hidden assumption here that not everyone shares. This is more useful on a tired busy month then on a perfect day

I picked I need more context, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. The gentle constraint is probly the real story

@pixel_panda67 I think both things can be true

You explained the tradeoff really clearly. My only addition is to make the first step visible

Maybe later got my vote. The other choices are good but this one fits my week. That is the kind of detail beginners miss

This is the gentle version of my rant

I picked Maybe later, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability

Maybe, but the tradeoff seems bigger than the post suggests. This pairs weirdly well with banana bread

I picked Only with help, mostly becuase it feels easiest to live with. The commute version is even more interesting

I picked Maybe later, mostly because it feels easiest to live with. That is where the boring checklist helps

Same here. It took me too long to learn
