I changed one thing and suddenly backend made sense in Nairobi

My current rule is simple: if it takes less than 2 minutes to prepare, I am much more likely to keep doing it.

Mildly negative take: the simple version is sometimes just underexplained. I keep a note about backend for exactly this reason.

I disagree a bit. sense matters, but the bigger issue is usually expectations. Good reminder that tools should serve people, not the reverse.
