A tiny story about idli, Berlin and timing from my winter notes

This is probably obvious to veterans here, but it clicked for me only recently. kindness got easier when I stopped treating every attempt like a final exam.

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 10 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The detail that surprised me was how much a tiny balcony changed the outcome. Same plan, different setting, completely different energy.

Good reminder that boring can be good. A little friction removed goes a long way.

Beautifully put. I needed that reminder today. I am curious whether family still feels good next month.

Did anyone else read this and immediately make a tiny checklist? I would love to see a follow-up after 2 weeks.

I think this advice is overrated. The a neighborhood park detail changes the whole answer.
