A surprisingly useful lesson from a neighborhood park after 27 tries

Would love to hear how other people handle this. I am especially curious about the version that works on a tired weekday, not just on an ideal Sunday.

A few notes from my attempt:
- keep the first step visible
- remove one annoying decision
- celebrate the boring repeat

Context: I am not an expert, just someone trying to make Running feel less intimidating. I wrote down what worked, what felt awkward, and what I would do differently next time.

Honestly, great taste. The 5-minute rule is underrated.

I agree with the goal and disagree with the method. I noticed the same thing in Warsaw. Small progress still counts.
