Notes from a very normal late summer with Personal Finance before coffee

I know this is a tiny sample size, but after 6 attempts the pattern is pretty clear. When I keep the setup simple, I actually follow through.

The notes angle is what sold me. I care less about the perfect answer and more about repeatability.

Fair point, but I had the opposite experience. It sounds small, but the practice run matters.

I do not have a strong take, but the normal detail is useful. That is the kind of detail beginners miss.

I would push back gently on the normal part. A little friction removed goes a long way.

I love this. It feels practical without pretending life is neat. I used to overcomplicate this constantly.

Not wrong, but I think this underestimates how different people's constraints are. For me it came down to the setup. I would document the agreement in writing.

This depends heavily on budget, time and personality. The Dublin example makes it feel concrete.
